QUALITY POLICY.

The Management of quality occupies the centre stage of industry in the 21^st century with intent focus on the client. Zitadel Limited is committed to operating a Quality Management system (QMS). It is our objective to provide assurance that all products and services meet the client’s requirements, Industries code, local (FMOE, DPR, and Sectorial guideline for EIA) and International (APHA 1992, ASTM 1995, API 1995, FAO, UNESCO, WHO, UNEP) Standards.

The QMS covers the Environmental Management Techniques, Maintenance and Supply of equipment, material staff and services from Zitadel office in Port Harcourt. This manual shows how Zitadel has achieved levels of efficiency and quality.

It is the fundamental responsibility of all Managers to operate the QMS in their areas of responsibility and to ensure that procedures are followed and records kept as required. All staff are reminded of the need to operate to company procedures and to report non-conformances of product, services or procedures if any, when they are found. The Environmental/Safety Manager (QA Advisor) is the Company Management Representative with full authority to implement and manage the QMS
